December 2, 2010. Matthew Morine (Castle Rock, CO)

This book is simple and good. It packs a ton of helpful advice and information in a easy to read story. Everyone has struggled with the balance of taking charge and being submissive. The last thing you want to do is become unruly or unmanageable to your boss. On the other hand, if you never show authority, you will never have authority. This is one of the few books in the business world that helps the person tackle this issue in a constructive way. It will not take you long to read this text, but the benefits will last throughout your career. If you are moving up in the job culture, this is a must read.
